Flaxseed Bread


1/2 cup flaxseed
1 1/2 cups scalded milk, still hot
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 cups bread flour
1/4 cup millet
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast.
Put the flaxseed in your bread machine pan and cover with the milk. Let it cool for about 15 minutes, or until it's tepid. Add the other ingredients in the order listed. Select the Basic/White cycle and press start.

Please note that this recipe is for a 1 1/2 pound or bigger machine.
