Garbanzos With Garlic and Thyme


2 cans garbanzo beans
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
12 sprigs fresh thyme OR
1 tsp. dried
salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat the oven to 450. Drain the beans and place them in a glass baking dish in a single layer. Drizzle with the oil, stir with a spoon to coat. Sprinkle evenly with the garlic and place the thyme over evenly. Roast for 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
